AgSys Hay Inventory app for iPhone and iPad

A necessity of a profitable hay enterprise is knowing the current status of your hay inventory and having the ability to sell hay with a fast and efficient sales documentation and inventory updating system. This is what the AgSys Hay Inventory App does.

All inventory and sales information is kept on your iPhone or iPad with email notifications to your customers and office as necessary to document sales.

The app is designed with emphasis of ease of use an efficiency (think selling a truckload of hay to a customer while in the field showing them the hay and having the order emailed, and your inventory available for sale adjusted before you can get back into your pickup). No spreadsheets to deal with, no yellow pads that get lost on your dashboard, no handwritten invoices that fade in the sun. Just an updated inventory in your iPhone or iPad and an email to document the transaction with copies to both your office and the customer.

The app requires an auto renewing subscription "Monthly Subscription" and has a two week free trial period to allow you to test out its features. After the free trial period, unless you cancel your subscription, your iTunes account will be charged $9.99 US or equivalent at the start of the monthly subscription. If you want to cancel your subscription be sure to due so 24 hours before the next billing period starts. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users Account Settings after purchase.
